Further to our announcement dated 15 July 2009, the Board of Idaman wishes to inform that the Company is in the midst of formulating a Regularisation Plan ("RP") in accordance with paragraph 4.1 of Amended PN17/2005 of the Bursa Securities Listing Requirements. The Company has been granted the extension until 29 November 2009 to submit its RP to the Securities Commission and/other relevant authorities ("the Approving Authorities") for approval ("the Extended Timeframe"). |
